What to do on departure?

On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

Route

Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the lobby as soon as possible.

Almost every accommodation has its own parking space. When making the booking on the website, the features can be viewed. Here you can see when there is or is not a parking space at the accommodation.

Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.

Pets are certainly welcome at EuroParcs. We have selected special pitches and accommodations for this purpose. A pet is allowed on every pitch (no special pitches). Pets may only be let out outside the park.

Visitors are always welcome. There is no visitor fee, but we kindly ask you to register your visit in the lobby and leave your car in the car park. Visitors who are not registered can be addressed by the park staff. Visitors are allowed to use the swimming and beach pool. As a park guest, you are responsible for your visit.

In all sanitary buildings you can use hot water for washing up and showering free of charge. Please report any malfunctions to the lobby as soon as possible. Keep it tidy, every guest likes a building to look fresh and clean.

We ask that you dispose of your household waste yourself in the appropriate containers. These are located in the environmental street in the middle of the park.

Your mail is in the lobby. Except on Mondays and Sundays, it is delivered daily around 15.00 hours. 

Be careful with fire at all times. Setting up an open fire is therefore forbidden. If you have a fireplace in your accommodation, you may use it. Wood should be used for this, no gel, this is not fireproof. You must ensure that the fire does not come out of the fireplace so that the wall does not turn black. 

It is permitted to set up an extra tent on the pitch you have rented. Placing a party tent is not permitted. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no specific supervision at the swimming pools, beach and playground equipment. Parents must - also here - look after their children themselves.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

EuroParcs Marina Strandbad is bezig om de sleutel naar een groene wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, het internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche.

Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.

Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de Greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.

You can hire a boat via the Happy Boats website. This is not possible via reception. We have our own marina where you can moor your own boat. There is a fuel pump here for boats. If you call the phone number on the wall as a guest, a technical service employee will come and help you refuel. Fishing is not allowed in the harbour.

Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the water during the high season. This is to ensure the peace and quiet of the guests staying here. In low season your dog is welcome at the beach.

We have 2 washing machines with automatic detergent and 1 tumble dryer. Payment is via the payment system hanging at the launderette.

Major works can be held after the high season. Maintenance work can take place at all times. Some inconvenience may therefore be experienced, but this will be kept to a minimum. For questions on this, please contact reception.

We offer bicycle rental from CycleShare, which can be booked via the EuroParcs app. You can also pay for them directly via the app.

Yes, there is a special place for this near the beach. Fishing is not allowed in the harbour or in the waters near the houses.

Guests can order sandwiches and checkout directly in the EuroParcs app. Sandwiches can be ordered until 10pm in the evening for the next day.
