Facilities on holiday park EuroParcs Marina Strandbad

Come and enjoy a meal or snack at Friends ‘n Bites! Take a seat inside for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, lunch with a tasty panini and, in the afternoon, find a spot on the terrace for a drink with snacks. Our menu features delicious burgers, schnitzels and loaded fries. For children, there is a Yuki Kids Meal and delicious ice cream desserts.

Reservations can be made at the restaurant itself. If the restaurant is closed, reservations can be made at reception.

Use the exercise bike or relax in our wellness centre where a sauna and sun bed await you. Reservations and swimwear are required. Please book at least 2 hours in advance. EuroParcs Marina Strandbad is located on De Zwarte Schaar, the perfect spot for a romantic proposal. De Zwarte Schaar is known for its calm waters and natural beauty.

Take a refreshing dip in our heated outdoor pool on balmy summer days and then lay down your towel on the beautiful lawn. A snack and/or drink are within reach, because the pool is right next to the restaurant terrace. There is also a sunbathing area, as well as a table tennis table and a volleyball net.

The outdoor pool is open from the start of May to October.

A delicious breakfast with freshly baked rolls in the morning? Try our roll service. Order your rolls at the touch of a button and they will be ready for you the next morning.

The park has a fitness room with a treadmill, cross trainer and weights, among other equipment.

Go on an adventure with the wind in your hair and discover the Achterhoek by bike. At the reception of EuroParcs Marina Strandbad you can rent regular bicycles, children's bicycles and e-bikes. Ask at reception for more information about great walking and cycling routes in the area and the rates. You can rent your bike at our reception.

You can go to our mini-market for small groceries. Sandwiches can be ordered daily until 8 pm.

On a cool electric E-chopper, you tour silently through the countryside. You can choose from various routes that can be downloaded to your mobile phone via the website. You can book an E-chopper in advance via the link. The e-choppers are for 1 person and a driving licence and helmet are obligatory (1 child between 8 and 15 years old can ride on the back, helmet is also obligatory).

Swing, climb, slide or jump on the air trampoline. Children have a great time on the playground equipment scattered throughout the park.

Located on a tributary of the IJssel River, EuroParcs Marina Strandbad features a sustainable marina that is equipped with LED lighting, a solar-powered hot water shower and a pump station. The marina is a Blue Flag member and has 170 full-service berths for sailing and motorboats. All berths are equipped with an electricity connection and close to a water tap. There is also a gas station so you can fill up your boat's tank.

In the marina you will find further:

• Modern sanitary facilities;
• A floating gas station;
• A dirt and bidon pump;
• A trailer ramp.

Cast a rod at the most beautiful fishing spots on the Black Scissors. You can buy a licence to fish at reception. It costs €5.00 per day and €15.00 for a week. 5 kilometres away at Breukink in Steenderen there is also a trout fishing lake. Here, national Fish Pass and licence are not necessary. It is not allowed to fish in the harbour and in the dredging hole.

The use of fireworks is not permitted within our park. For many years, we have consciously chosen to maintain a completely firework-free New Year's celebration, allowing our guests, children and pets to enjoy peace and relaxation.

Due to changes in Dutch legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year's Eve 2026/2027 onwards. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and novelty fireworks) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks displays may still take place where the required permits have been granted.

Please note that our firework-free policy applies only within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local regulations and circumstances, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.

Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park, including Category F1 fireworks.

In our laundry you have a number of washing machines and dryers at your disposal 24/7. You pay very simply with your debit card.

Make your holiday more sustainable and travel by public transport to EuroParcs Marina Strandbad. Below is how to reach the holiday park by public transport. From Dieren station you can reach the Dieren ferry in about 10 minutes' walk. From the ferry you can see the park after a short walk. Plan your journey via 9292.

Enjoying a holiday together with your dog? At EuroParcs Marina Strandbad, your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome. While you relax along the River IJssel, your dog can enjoy nature, the water and the many walking opportunities nearby.

A dog leash policy applies throughout the park to keep the environment pleasant and safe for everyone. Dogs should be walked outside the park. If your dog happens to relieve itself within the park, we kindly ask you to clean up after it to help keep the park clean and enjoyable for everyone.

The area around Marina Strandbad is perfect for long walks with your dog. From the park, you can explore the banks of the River IJssel and discover the beautiful nature of the Achterhoek and the IJssel Valley. During the low season, dogs are also welcome on the beach and in the water at the De Zwarte Schaar recreation area.

Good to know:

• Pets are allowed in selected accommodations
• Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park
• Dogs should be walked outside the park
• Dogs are welcome on the beach and in the water during the low season
• There is no crate or dog shower available at the accommodation
